Margie Lints, Broker/Owner, REALTOR Emeritus, ABR, SFR

Has been a full-time, active REALTOR in the New Smyrna Beach area since 1980. Consistently being a top producing agent and the recipient of numerous sales awards from the New Smyrna Beach Board of REALTORS, where she has served on the Grievance Committee, and the Professional Standards Committee for many years. She also serves in the Ombudsman capacity for the Board. She has been a resident of New Smyrna Beach since 1978 and a REALTOR here since 1980.

In 2004, Margie opened Magnolia Properties, and along with her woodworking-artist husband, Rodney, renovated a former church at 303 Magnolia Street in downtown New Smyrna Beach into a beautiful, state-of-the-art real estate office. In her spare time, Margie enjoys practicing yoga and paddle boarding (SUP) along the Intracoastal Waterway, Callalisa Creek, and the Indian River lagoon.
